Apex Physical Therapy of Southwest Florida, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Angela and Joseph McGilvrey. Joe and Angie are originally from the Chicago-land area. They moved to Florida in 2005 to pursue their career-long dream of establishing their own physical therapy practice. In 2007 Concepts in Rehab, Inc. was acquired allowing expansion to Cape Coral. Joe and Angie have a combined 20 years of experience as well as unsurpassed compassion and dedication to their patients and their profession.
Our Mission
At Apex Physical Therapy / Concepts In Rehab, we are dedicated to providing the pinnacle of excellence in outpatient physical therapy services. We will provide individualized attention to each patients' needs and expectations, one-on-one treatment sessions utilizing the most recent and evidence-based interventions, and an energetic and motivational atmosphere to assure that each patient achieves their optimal level of fitness, activity and function.
